You can view your order in your Shopping Cart “View cart”.
To confirm, click “Checkout”.
Then fill in your contact details and select your Payment Option.
“Place Order” when ready.
Before delivery of goods, our Sales Representative will contact you to verify and confirm your order.
We will confirm the products, quantity, total price, delivery date and payment options.
Payment can be made via the following options:
- Bank transfer via internet banking
- Bank-in via ATM (Kindly retain proof of payment)
- Bank cheque (delivery will be made after the cheque has cleared)
- Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.)
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
You may cancel your order at any time by emptying your shopping cart or you may cancel your order when our Sales Representative contact you to confirm your order.
Once your order has been confirmed and payment is made, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please call our Customer Service at 088 768323 or +60 16 833 6970 immediately if you wish to exchange your product.
Once the payment has been made and the product is delivered, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please call our Customer Service 088 388 603 immediately if you wish to exchange your product.
DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
Once our Sales Representative has confirmed your order and payment is made, we will delivery your order within 48 hours* (if you are in Kota Kinabalu area).

Please note that bulky items may incur additional charges if the weight is above 20kg or if the packaging is oversized, even if the location is within Kota Kinabalu area. If such a charge is incurred, we will inform you during order confirmation.
For out of Kota Kinabalu delivery, our Sales Representative will confirm the transport charges with you before your payment is made. Please note that C.O.D. does not apply to orders outside Kota Kinabalu.
GOODS EXCHANGE POLICY
Incorrect Order/Incomplete Order/Damaged Item
Before delivery of goods, our warehouse will check and verify the correct order.
In case of any problems with your order, our company will exchange the defect in your order at our discretion.
Our exchange policy allows product(s) replacement only for any of the following reasons:
- Damaged during delivery – Any damage that occurs during delivery (i.e. dented, water damaged, broken parts)
- Incorrect item – Not the product the customer ordered (wrong size, colour, model, brand)
- Defective item – The product does not work (no power, no operation)
- Missing parts – The product is incomplete or has missing parts
Kindly contact us within 48 hours upon receiving the package to report any problems you have with your order at 088-222303 or +60 16 833 9782. We will arrange for an exchange as soon as possible for free of charges.
Please be advised that we will not be able to assist with your complaints for damaged or missing items if you do not contact us within the 48 hours.
GENERAL GOODS EXCHANGE POLICY
- It is within 48 HOURS from the delivery date
- You have proof of purchase (order number, invoice, proof of payment)
- If it is the actual product you ordered and it was correctly delivered
- The product must be in original new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manual, warranty card, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts received with it
- The product must not have been used or installed and must be in its original condition.
- For factory sealed products, we may have to refer to manufacturer’s service center as indicated on the warranty card.
